WE are here to lose weight and get our health and life back. Together as a team we can make our lives healthy, not only for us, but our families.
Crystal: I am doing this so I can get healthy and be happy. I think we can come out on top with the support and encouragement that we will both need! And even if it means having to push each other to the limit, that is what we shall do.
