I lost motivation last week too.  Part of my reason was PMS.  To get back on track, I read other people's blogs and went to the Weight Watchers site to read success stories.  It helped.  Just keep plugging away, it will get better! 

Did you go to the tour on Sunday? I was there almost all day on Saturday and didnt see Bette-Sue! You really lucked out!
